About Oak / North Idaho
Designers and builders at the same table.
Oak is a residential design-build studio shaped by creative attention, construction experience and direct, human collaboration.
Confident. Relatable. Refined.
We believe a beautiful home should feel natural to live in, and the process of creating it should feel considered too.
Oak listens first, communicates directly and brings design ambition into conversation with the practical knowledge required to build well. Our studio serves Coeur d'Alene, Hayden and surrounding North Idaho communities.

01
Listen first
The best brief begins with how you live, what you value and what is not working yet.
02
Make it clear
Plans, visuals, allowances and direct communication turn complexity into useful decisions.
03
Carry it through
The team shaping the idea stays accountable for how it is detailed, built and handed over.
